NABARD Recruitment 2024: 108 Office Attendant Posts : മുംബൈ ആസ്ഥാനമായുള്ള നാഷണൽ ബാങ്ക് ഫോർ അഗ്രിക്കൾച്ചർ ആൻഡ് റൂറൽ ഡവലപ്മെന്റിൽ (നബാർഡ്) ഓഫീസ് അറ്റൻഡന്റ് (ഗ്രൂപ്പ് സി) തസ്തികയിലേക്ക് അപേക്ഷ ക്ഷണിച്ചു.

108 ഒഴിവുണ്ട്.

ഇതിൽ അഞ്ചൊഴിവ് (ജനറൽ-3, ഒ.ബി.സി.-1, ഇ.ഡബ്ല്യു. എസ്.-1) കേരളത്തിലാണ്.

ഏതെ ങ്കിലും ഒരു സംസ്ഥാനത്തേക്കേ അപേക്ഷിക്കാനാവൂ.

ശമ്പളം: 17,270-37,770 രൂപയാണ് ശമ്പളസ്കെയിൽ (പ്രതിമാസം ഉദ്ദേശം 35,000 രൂപ).

യോഗ്യത: പത്താംക്ലാസ് വിജയം.

അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന സംസ്ഥാനത്തുനിന്നോ കേന്ദ്രഭരണപ്രദേശത്തുനിന്നോ നേടിയതായിരിക്കണം യോഗ്യത.

കൂടാതെ അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ/കേന്ദ്രഭരണ പ്രദേശത്തെ താമസക്കാരുമായി രിക്കണം.

പ്രായം : 01.10.2024-ന് 18-30 വയസ്സ്.

ഉയർന്ന പ്രായപരിധിയിൽ എസ്‌.സി, എസ്.ടി. വിഭാഗക്കാർക്ക് അഞ്ചുവർഷത്തെയും ഒ.ബി.സി. വിഭാഗക്കാർക്ക് മൂന്നുവർഷ ത്തെയും ഇളവ് ലഭിക്കും.

ഭിന്നശേഷിക്കാർക്ക് ജനറൽ -10 വർഷം, ഒ.ബി.സി.-13 വർഷം, എസ്.സി/ എസ്.ടി.-15 വർഷം എന്നിങ്ങനെയാണ് വയസ്സിളവ്.

വിധവകൾക്കും പുനർവിവാഹിതരാവാത്ത വിവാഹമോചിതകൾക്കും 10 വർഷത്തെ ഇളവുണ്ട്.

വിമുക്തഭടർക്കും നിയമാനുസൃത വയസ്സിളവ് ലഭിക്കും.

തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ്: ഓൺലൈൻ പരീക്ഷയും അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ പ്രാദേശികഭാഷയിൽ പരിജ്ഞാനം പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള പരീക്ഷയും നടത്തിയശേഷമായിരിക്കും തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ്.

അപേക്ഷാഫീസ്: ഭിന്നശേഷിക്കാർക്കും എസ്.സി., എസ്.ടി. വിഭാഗക്കാർക്കും വിമുക്തഭടർക്കും 50 രൂപയും മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് 500 രൂപയുമാണ് ഫീസ്.

Educational Qualification:

Office Attendant Group ‘C’:

• A candidate should have passed 10th Standard (S.S.C./Matriculation) from the concerned State/UT coming under the State/Regional Office to which he/she is applying.
• Such qualification should be from a recognized board.

Note: 

• Candidates possessing Graduation and higher qualifications are not eligible to apply.
• The candidate must possess the required educational qualification as on 01 October 2024.
• The result of 10th Standard (S.S.C./Matriculation) examination of the required educational qualification must have been declared on or before 01 October 2024.

Age Limit (As on 01 October 2024): The candidate must be between 18 and 30 years of age i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02/10/1994 and not later than 01/10/2006 (both days inclusive)

Age Relaxation:

• Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe: 05 years
• Other Backward Classes (OBC): 03 years
• Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD): By 10 years (GEN), 13 years (OBC) & 15 years (SC/ST)
• Ex‐Servicemen: To the extent of service rendered by them in
  Armed Forces plus an additional period of 3 years subject to a maximum of 50 years

Pay Scale: 

• Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs. 10,940/- p.m. in the scale of Rs. 17270-590(4)-19630-690(3)-21700-840(3)-24220-1125(2)-26470-1400(4)-32070-1900(3)-37770 (20 Years) applicable to Office Attendants in Group ‘C’ and they will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time.
• At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 35,000/-

Selection Process for NABARD Careers:

• The selection will be done based on an Online Test (as given below) and a Language Proficiency Test (LPT).
• The marks obtained in the online test will be considered for the final merit list.

• The online test except English language, will be available bilingually, i.e. in English and Hindi.
• Only Such Candidates who score the cut-off marks or above in the Online Test will be shortlisted for the Selection.
• Composite time of 120 Minutes for all the tests together
• There will be negative markings for wrong answers in the online test.
• For every wrong answer marked, 1/4th mark will be deducted as a penalty in the examination.
• LPT will be of Qualifying Type.
• The candidates provisionally selected/waitlisted from the On-line Test will have to undergo a mandatory language proficiency test (LPT).
• Candidates applying for post in a particular State should be proficient in the official language of the State (i.e. should be able to read, write, speak and understand the language).

Language Proficiency Test:

•  All the Selected /Waitlist candidates would require to undergo the Language Proficiency Test (LPT).
• The LPT will be conducted in the official language of the State concerned/ the State for which the candidate has applied in the online application form.
• The LPT will be qualifying in nature.
• Candidates not qualifying/ passing the (LPT), would be disqualified.

Application Fees:

• For SC/ST/PWBD Candidates: Rs. 50/- (Intimation Charges: Rs. 50/-)
• For Other Candidates: Rs. 500/- (Application Fee: Rs. 450/- & Intimation Fee: Rs. 50/-)
