Kerala Solid Waste Management Project (KSWMP) Notification 2024 : Kerala Solid Waste Management Project (KSWMP) invites applications from suitable and eligible candidates for the position of Project Head(IT), Procurement Expert, Social Development & Gender Expert, DEO cum MTP (Data Entry Operator cum Multi Tasking Person at SPMU) on contract basis for a period of one year.

Post : Project Head (IT)

Vacancy: 01

Qualification & Experience :

• PhD in Computer Science & Post Graduation in Computer Science+15years experience of proven
  records in project management and administration in Govt sector.
• Experience in development and implementation of IT projects mandatory

Upper Age Limit (as on 08.07.2024) : 60 years

Monthly remuneration : As may be fixed by the Government

Post : Procurement Expert

Vacancy: 01

Qualification & Experience :

• Bachelors Degree in one of the following areas:
• Economics/Commerce/Procurement/Management/Finance/ Engineering + 10 years of work experience in relevant field
• Masters Degree in Engineering/ Management Discipline is preferred

Experience:

• Should have at least ten years handling procurement of large value goods/services/ public works related to infrastructure & Investments/preferably in consultant recruitment/civil construction /Supervision/Monitoring in development sector or Central or State Government sponsored schemes/local government level
• Sectoral experience in solid waste management and working with local governments in India is preferred.
• Excellent IT/Computer skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Malayalam

Upper Age Limit (as on 08.07.2024) : 60 years

Monthly remuneration : Rs.66,000/-

Post : Social Development & Gender Expert

Vacancy: 01

Qualification & Experience :

• Master’s degree in social sciences/social work and Development Studies
• PhD/MPhil/Research experience is desirable

Experience:

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in social safeguards management, especially in public civil works projects and/ Solid Waste Management Project development projects and/ emergency assistance and/social development is required
• Experience in the implementation of largescale projects regarding social safeguards-related work financed by Multilateral, such as the World Bank preferred.
• Previous experience with the UN or World Bank funded projects is desirable
• Knowledge in labour management and Compliance system is will be an added advantage
• Experience in gender equality and women’s empowerment
• Excellent IT/Computer skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Malayalam

Upper Age Limit (as on 08.07.2024) : 60 years

Monthly remuneration : Rs.66,000/-

Post : DEO cum MTP (Data Entry Operator cum Multi Tasking Person at SPMU)

Vacancy: 02 (One Contract & One Daily Wage Basis)

Qualification & Experience :

• Degree from a recognised university
• PGDCA/DCA
• Typewriting English (Higher) and Malayalam (Lower)

Experience

• The Data Entry Operator cum Multitask person should have 5 years of working experience in relevant field
• He/she should be well versed in MS word, Excel, Power point, word processing, Tally etc, Fast typing
  speed familiarity with online platforms is desirable.
• Working experience with external aided projects preferably world bank /ADB would be an added advantage
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Malayalam

Upper Age Limit (as on 08.07.2024) : 45 years

Monthly remuneration :

• Rs.26400/- (for Contract Employee)
• Rs.755/Day (for daily wages)
