Technical Graduate Course:
- Candidates who have passed the requisite Engineering Degree course or are in the final year of the Engineering Degree course in the streams of Civil/CS/Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Misc Engg Streams are eligible to apply.
- Candidates studying in the final year of the engineering degree course should be able to submit proof of passing the Engineering Degree Examination along with mark sheets of all semesters/years by 01 Jan 2024 and produce the Engineering Degree Certificate within 12 weeks from the date of commencement of training at Indian Military Academy (IMA).
- Such candidates will be inducted on an Additional Bond Basis for recovery of the cost of training at the Indian Military Academy (IMA) as notified from time to time as well as stipend and pay & allowances paid, in case they fail to produce the requisite degree certificate.
Note: Applications are invited from eligible unmarried Male Candidates.

Selection Process:
- The selection process includes an Interview.
- Shortlisting of Applications: Integrated HQ of MoD (Army) reserves the right to shortlist applications and to fix the cutoff percentage of marks for each Engineering discipline/stream.
- Candidates will be put through two stage selection procedure.
- Those who clear Stage-1 will go to Stage-2.
- Those who fail in Stage-1 will be returned on the same day.
- The duration of SSB interviews is five days, and details of the same are available on the official website of the Directorate General.
- After shortlisting of applications, the center allotment will be intimated to the candidate via their email.
- All certificates in original are to be carried by the candidates for SSB Interview for verification.
- Originals will be returned after verification at the Service Selection Board itself.
- The second copy of the printout of the online application is to be retained by the candidate for reference.
- Merit List: The merit list will be prepared engineering stream/subject-wise on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidate at the SSB interview.

Selection Process:
- The selection process includes a Written Examination/Skill Test.
- The written examination will consist of General Intelligence, Reasoning, General Awareness, Numerical Aptitude, English Language & Comprehension.
- Skill tests will be conducted only for those candidates who will get selected in merit list in the written examination (the standard of questions will be class 10th /12th as per essential education qualification of respective post).
- Question Papers: The question papers of all written tests will be by bilingual i.e English & Hindi.
- The date of the written test/skill test will be intimated to eligible candidates separately.
