ISRO Recruitment 2023 notification announced for the Driver posts. There are 18 vacancies available for these posts. Candidates with SSLC/SSC/Metric/10th qualifications are eligible to apply. About Indian Space Research Organization: ISRO was formed in 1969 as an Indian Space Agency under the Indian Government. Its headquarters is located in Bangalore. VSSC Driver for Light Vehicles | Passed SSLC/SSC/Matric/10th LVD license. 3 years experience as a Light Vehicle Driver. Any other requirement of the Motor Vehicle Act of Kerala State should be met within 3 months after the candidate joins the post. |
VSSC Driver for Heavy Vehicles | Passed SSLC/SSC/Matric/10th HVD license. Must possess a valid Public Service Badge 5 years experience out of which a minimum of 3 years as a Heavy Vehicle Driver |
Educational Qualification:
Light Vehicle Driver – A:
- Pass in SSLC/SSC/Matric/10th Std. Must possess a valid LVD license.
- Three years experience as a Light Vehicle Driver.
- Any other requirement of the Motor Vehicle Act of Kerala State should be met within 3 months after the candidate joins the post.
Heavy Vehicle Driver – A:
- Pass in SSLC/SSC/Matric/10th Std
- Must possess a valid HVD license.
- Must possess a valid Public Service Badge.
- In case a Public Service Badge is not mandatory in any State(s)/Union Territory(ies), candidates from such State(s)/Union Territory(ies) should meet this requirement within 3 months of joining the post.
- 5 years experience out of which a minimum of 3 years as a Heavy Vehicle Driver and the balance period driving experience of a light motor vehicle.
