- ട്രെയിനി എൻജിനീയർ – 55 (ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ് 33 , മെക്കാനിക്കൽ -22) ,
- പ്രോജക്ട് എൻജിനീയർ – 33 (ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ് -16 , മെക്കാനിക്കൽ -17).
യോഗ്യത :
- ഫസ്റ്റ് ക്ലാസോടെ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വിഷയത്തിൽ നാലു വർഷത്തെ ഫുൾടൈം ബി.ഇ/ ബി.ടെക് (എസ്.സി , എസ്.ടി , ഭിന്നശേഷി വിഭാഗക്കാർക്ക് പാസ്മാർക്ക് മതി).
- പ്രോജക്ട് എൻജിനീയർ തസ്തികയിലേക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കാൻ രണ്ടുവർഷത്തെ പ്രവർത്തന പരിചയവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.
പ്രായം :
ട്രെയിനി എൻജിനീയർക്ക് 25 വയസ്സും പ്രോജക്ട് എൻജിനീയർക്ക് 28 വയസ്സുമാണ് ഉയർന്ന പ്രായപരിധി.
എസ്.സി , എസ്.ടി. വിഭാഗക്കാർക്ക് അഞ്ചുവർഷത്തെയും ഒ.ബി.സി വിഭാഗക്കാർക്ക് മൂന്നുവർഷത്തെയും ഇളവ് ലഭിക്കും.
ഭിന്നശേഷിക്കാർക്കും നിയമാനുസൃത ഇളവുണ്ട്.
അപേക്ഷ ഫീസ്
ഫീസ് പ്രോജക്ട് എൻജിനീയർക്ക് 500 രൂപയും ട്രെയിനി എൻജിനീയർക്ക് 200 രൂപയുമാണ് ഫീസ്.
ഭിന്നശേഷിക്കാർക്കും എസ്.സി , എസ്.ടി , വിഭാഗക്കാർക്കും ഫീസ് ബാധകമല്ല.
എസ്.ബി.ഐ കളക്ട് വഴിയാണ് ഫീസ് അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടത്.

Trainee Engineer- I :
- Full Time course in BE/B. Tech in Electronics/ Mechanical from a AICTE recognized University/ Institution. First class for General, OBC & EWS Candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST/PWD (Person with Disability) candidates. Candidates with 1 Year of post qualification and relevant Industrial experience.
Project Engineer- I :
- Full Time course in BE/B. Tech in Electronics/ Mechanical from a AICTE recognized University/Institution. First class for General, OBC & EWS Candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST/PWD (Person with Disability) candidates. Candidates with minimum 2 years of post qualification and relevant Industrial experience.
Total Vacancies:
- Project Engineer (Electronics): 16 Posts
- Project Engineer (Mechanical): 17 Posts
- Trainee Engineer (Electronics): 33 Posts
- Trainee Engineer (Mechanical): 22 Posts
Salary:
- Trainee Engineer–I – Rs. 25,000/-
- Project Engineer-I – Rs. 35,000/-
BEL Recruitment 2021 Selection Process:
- Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria w.r.t. qualification and experience will be allotted weightage as follows:

| Relevant Post Qualification experience: 2.5 marks will be allocated for minimum experience stipulated for the post. 1.25 marks will be allocated for every additional experience of 6 months subject to a maximum of 10 marks. | 10 % |
| Interview for shortlisted candidates | 15 % |
- Candidates will be shortlisted in the order of merit based on their aggregate marks obtained in the degree in required qualification and number of years of relevant experience as indicated herein above in the ratio of 1:5. Only those candidates who are shortlisted will be called for the interview.
