Detailed Eligibility
Educational Qualification:
Consultant (HR):
Qualifications: A degree in any discipline is essential. Recognized PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/ Management/ Behavioural Science/Training & Development /HRD/ HRM/Organizational Development (2 years)/ PG Diploma in Personnel Management OR MBA with specialization in PM/IR/HRD/HRM (Not less than 02 years) PG Diploma in Social Welfare (IISW, Cal) is desirable.
Experience: Minimum 20 years
Manager (HR-CSR):
Qualifications: First Class Degree with Full time 02 years MSW / MBA/ Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources / Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/PM&IR with First Class.
Experience: Experience of a minimum of 05 years in handling CSR Projects in PSUs/Private organizations/NGOs.
Manager (Estate Development):
Qualifications: First Class B.E/B. Tech in civil Engineering or MBA with 10 years of experience in civil works, real estate or Estate Administration in a reputed organizations.
Skills requirement:
- Experience in property management, real estate, project management including the coordination of housekeeping, maintenance, and renovations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and multitasking abilities.
- The ability to be on call at all times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience: Experience of minimum 5 years in handling of Real Estate or civil Projects in PSUs/Private organizations/NGO.
Senior Content Writer:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree Post graduation in Journalism and Mass communication is a plus
Experience: Experience of minimum 02 years in handling of Content Writing in PSUs/Private organizations /Event Industry .
Manager (IT-HRMS Computer Applications):
Qualifications: First class bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Computer Applications (BCA) with first class Master Degree in Computer Applications (MCA )
Experience: Nil. Experience in handling of RDBMS packages like Oracle HRMS, People soft HRMS modules or ERP SAP HRMS modules is added advantage.
System Administrator (Linux):
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems (or) MCA (or) MSc (CS) (or) related technical degree
Experience: 10 + years of experience as Linux System Administration
ERP Consultant for Project Management:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems (or) MCA (or) MSc (CS) (or) related technical degree
Experience: Minimum ten years in IT project implementation with at least three years in any ERP Projects (end to end) implementation.
ERP technical consultant for Infrastructure Management:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems (or) MCA (or) MSc (CS) (or) related technical degree.
Experience: 10+ years experience in ERP related Infra Management and should have adequate experience in functional process and also experience in networking etc
Manager – IT:

Experience: 10 + years of experience in IT fields and adequate experience in handling various technological IT projects
Consultant (Cost Accounting):
Qualifications: FCMA or ACMA
Experience:

Consultant (Cyber Security):
Qualifications:
- Licensing or certification for cyber security consultant like CISSP, CISA, CISM, OSCP, LPT, GPEN, CCSP, GIAC, CPA, CIA
- Bachelors or Master Degree in computer science/information systems/Business/Engineering/Computer/Education/Information Technology/ Mathematics/BA/BSc degree in engineering or related field.
- Cyber security Consultant should have desired skills like Oracle, Linux, MYSQL UNIX, Windows and Other operating systems, SDN, Experience with open source penetration testing toolsets, virtualization and cloud security.
- Deep understanding of cyber security and advanced persistent threats (APT)
- Balanced expert level knowledge and real – world experience in cyber security and enterprise security.

Executive (Civil):
Qualifications: First Class B.E/B. Tech in civil Engineering or equivalent from a reputed University/Institution recognized by UGC/AICTE
Experience: Experience of minimum 2 years of experience in procurement/estimates related to civil works in a reputed organizations viz., in PSUs/Private organizations.
Executive (Electrical):
Qualifications: First Class B.E/B. Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a reputed University/Institution recognized by UGC/AICTE
Experience: Experience of minimum 2 years of experience in procurement activities of Electrical works, plant and machinery in a reputed organizations viz., in PSUs/Private organizations
Executive (Marketing Management):
Qualifications: First Class degree with two years full time post Graduate degree ie MBA (Marketing Management or PGDM in Marketing Management from recognized by UGC/AICTE or equivalent from a reputed and recognized University/Institution .
Experience: Experience of minimum 2 years of experience in Export activities, liaising activities etc in a reputed organizations viz., in PSUs/Private organizations.
Executive (Business Strategy):
Qualifications:

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Material Management, procurement of imported and indigenous equipment or items, and knowledge of GeM in a reputed organization, viz., in PSUs/Private organizations.

Selection Process
The selection process includes an Interview.
