- സെൻട്രൽ ഗവൺമെൻറ്/സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ഗവൺമെൻറ്/കേന്ദ്ര ഭരണ പ്രദേശങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള സെക്കൻഡറി സ്കൂൾ എക്സാമിനേഷൻ പാസായിരിക്കണം.
- മാത്തമാറ്റിക്സിൽ പാസ്സ് മാർക്ക് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം
- പ്രാദേശിക ഭാഷയും ഇംഗ്ലീഷും ഒരു വിഷയമായി പഠിച്ചിരിക്കണം
കേരള,ലക്ഷദ്വീപ്,മാഹി എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ മലയാളമാണ് ഔദ്യോഗിക പ്രാദേശികഭാഷ.
മാഹിയിൽ തമിഴും പ്രാദേശിക ഭാഷയായി പരിഗണിക്കും
- കൂടാതെ കേന്ദ്ര/സംസ്ഥാന/സർവ്വകലാശാലകൾ/ബോർഡ്/സ്വകാര്യ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ നടത്തുന്ന കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ ട്രെയിനിങ് ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ടിൽ നിന്ന് 60 ദിവസം ദൈർഘ്യമുള്ള കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ ട്രെയിനിങ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നേടിയിരിക്കണം.
കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ ഒരു വിഷയമായി മെട്രിക്കുലേഷനിൽ പഠിച്ചവർക്ക് ഇളവുണ്ട്.
ബ്രാഞ്ച് പോസ്റ്റ് മാസ്റ്റർ തസ്തികയിലേക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നവർ ബ്രാഞ്ച് പോസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസിനായി സ്ഥലം നൽകണം.
സ്ഥലത്തിന് വേണ്ട മാർഗനിർദേശങ്ങൾ വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ ലഭ്യമാണ്.
- ഗ്രാമീൺ ഡാക് സേവക് തസ്തികയിലേക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് സൈക്കിളിങ് പരിജ്ഞാനം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.
സ്കൂട്ടർ/മോട്ടോർസൈക്കിൾ സൈക്കിളിങ് പരിജ്ഞാനം സൈക്കിളിങ്ങിന് തുല്യമായി പരിഗണിക്കും.
പ്രായപരിധി : 18-40 വയസ്സ്. (08-03-2021 തീയതി വെച്ചാണ് പ്രായം പരിഗണിക്കുന്നത്.)
- എസ്.സി/എസ്.ടി വിഭാഗത്തിന് അഞ്ചുവർഷവും ഒ.ബി.സി വിഭാഗത്തിന് മൂന്നു വർഷവും വയസ്സിളവ് ലഭിക്കും.
- ഇ.ഡബ്ല്യു.എസ്. വിഭാഗത്തിന് വയസ്സിളവില്ല.
- ഭിന്നശേഷിക്കാർക്ക് 10 വർഷമാണ് വയസ്സിളവ്.

ബ്രാഞ്ച് പോസ്റ്റ് മാസ്റ്റർ :
- 4 മണിക്കൂർ – 12,000 രൂപ
- 5 മണിക്കൂർ – 14,500 രൂപ
അസിസ്റ്റൻറ് ബ്രാഞ്ച് പോസ്റ്റ് മാസ്റ്റർ/ഡാക് സേവക് :
- 4 മണിക്കൂർ – 10,000/- രൂപ
- 5 മണിക്കൂർ – 12,000 രൂപ
അപേക്ഷാഫീസ് : 100 രൂപ
വനിതകൾ/ട്രാൻസ് വുമൺ/എസ്.സി/എസ്.ടി./ഭിന്നശേഷിക്കാർ എന്നിവർക്ക് ഫീസില്ല.

പത്താം ക്ലാസിലെ മാർക്ക് മാത്രമാണ് പരിഗണിക്കുക.

xii) Transgender certificate issued by District Magistrate as per THE TRANSGENDER PERSONS (PROTECTION OF RIGHTS) ACT, 2019.
അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ച് പെയ്മെൻറ് നടത്തി കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ അപേക്ഷ പൂർത്തിയാകും.
