IIM Kozhikode Recruitment 2024: The Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, has announced notification for Admin. Associate/Office Attendant posts on a contract basis. There are two openings for these posts. Candidates with Any degree/12th qualification can apply for the job. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the job on or before the last date. Office Attendant:

• Pass in Plus Two or Equivalent & Two years of office experience (post qualification).
• Language Proficiency: Conversant with English and Hindi
• Desirable: Basic knowledge of computer & MS Office

Duration: The engagement to the above position will purely be on contract basis for an initial period of six months. Further extensions will be subject to job requirements and performance.

Upper Age Limit: 28 Years

Salary: Rs. 18,000/- (plus Rs. 300/- towards telephone allowance)

• Graduation in any discipline with a total service of Three (03) years out of which at least Two (02) years’ experience in e-Procurements including GeM procurement in an Educational Institution such as NITs, IITs, IIMs /Reputed Government or Autonomous Institutions,
• The candidates should be proficient in
  • MS-Office and Internet usage
  • Good Communication skills in English( Both written and verbal)
  • Basic knowledge in Information Technology

Job Profile:

• The role entails responsibility of managing the day-to- day activities of Purchase office
• Handle organizational clerical support tasks.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet objectives and deadlines
• Document management and correspondences with other offices.
• Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
• Initiate noting/ writing letters and emails
