Educational Qualification for FACT Vacancy:
Senior Manager (Human Resources & Administration):
- Two years Post Graduate Degree in HR or Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare or Social Work (specialisation in Personnel/HR Management) or Business Administration (specialisation in Personnel/HR Management) OR two years Post Graduate Diploma in HR or Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare or Social Work (specialisation in Personnel/HR Management) or Business Administration (specialisation in Personnel/HR Management), and minimum 09 years executive experience (managerial cadre) in Personnel / HR / Welfare / IR functions in a manufacturing unit/PSU, of which last 03 years shall be (a) if executives of CPSEs on IDA scales, in E3 grade i.e. Rs.60000-180000 (if 2017 based IDA scales) or equivalent / higher grade, or (b) if working in other establishments, drawing a minimum CTC of Rs.15.5 lakhs per annum.

Assistant Manager (Industrial Engineering): Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering OR bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with two two-year graduate Degrees / Diploma in Industrial Engineering and a minimum of 03 years of executive experience (managerial cadre) in Industrial Engineering.
Technician (Process):
- B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry OR Diploma in Engineering (Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology (including Petrochemical Technology) and 02 years experience in the operation/ Analytical field / Quality Control / Chemical Control / Process Control / R&D in a large Fertilizer/ Chemical/Petrochemical Plant.
- In the absence of suitable candidates with the prescribed experience of 2 years, candidates with the prescribed qualification and one to two years of prescribed experience will be considered. Against reserved posts, SC/ST candidates without experience will also be considered without candidates with experience.
Duration: The engagement will be for a term of one year or till the completion of the project on which a candidate is engaged, whichever is earlier.
Upper Age Limit(As of 1 December 2023): Maximum age shall be 35 years. Eligible candidates should have been born on or between 01 December 1988 and 30 November 2005.

Selection Process for FACT Careers:
- Selection shall be based on CBT/interview.
Senior/Deputy/Assistant Manager:
- Candidates who are provisionally short-listed based on the initial screening of applications will be called for a personal interview.
- Candidates must qualify separately in the Interview with a minimum of 50% marks and 40% for PwBD candidates if posts are reserved for PwBD.
Technician (Process): 90 minutes
- Part A: 30 questions on Aptitude & Reasoning
- Part B: 60 questions on Subject knowledge in the respective discipline
- Part A: 1 mark for every right answer & 0.33 negative marks for every wrong answer
- Part B: 1.5 marks for every right answer and 0.50 negative marks for every wrong answer
FACT reserves the right to fix minimum marks for passing in the CBT (subject to a minimum of 40% marks and 30% for ST candidates) for shortlisting candidates for the next stage in the selection process.

Educational Qualification(As on 01 December 2023):
Engineer (Electrical): Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 01 year post qualification experience in construction projects.
Duration: The engagement will be for a term of one year or till the completion of the project on which a candidate is engaged, whichever is earlier.
